If you want to stop smoking but thought you didn't have the willpower, then this is for you.

One of the main reasons that people fail to achieve their goal of stopping smoking is because they can't imagine what it would be like to not have the desire to smoke; to be a permanent non-smoker in fact. They don't believe they will ever be able to really get rid of that powerful urge to light up a cigarette.

A skilled hypnotherapist can help his/her client to utilise inner resources to access huge amounts of willpower and determination to get past that self doubt and to enable them to become a non-smoker much more easily than they ever thought possible.

I have included many of the same techniques that I use when I see my clients personally. It is meant to be listened to daily until the day when you suddenly realise that you have indeed become a permanent non-smoker, more rapidly and with much less effort that you expected.

DOUBLE THE BENEFIT and an aid for insomnia
If you find it hard to drop off to sleep while your body is adjusting to stopping smoking, you can double the benefits of "Stop Smoking" by listening to track 2 (side B on the tape) in bed. In this way you are likely to find yourself drifting off into natural sleep as you listen. You will then be able to take on board effortlessly all the suggestions for increased willpower and motivation as you sleep.
