is essential for life. Proper breathing is an antidote to stress.
Although we all breathe, few of us retain the habit of natural
full breathing as experienced by an infant or carefree child and
which is essential for good mental and physical health.
Track 1 of
this CD (Side A of the tape) contains an explanation
of the Fight or Flight effect and the vitally important
part that correct breathing can play
in relieving feelings of anxiety, and reducing stress.
Track 2 (Side
B) contains easy to follow instructions for re-learning
deep relaxing abdominal (diaphragmatic) breathing. This is followed
(Track 3) by a quick and easy stress busting technique,
which only
takes seconds to do and is extremely effective.
