"Be
Calm Relaxed and Confident" WB003
As we go through
life, illness, worry, stress or simply difficult life events,
can cause us to lose confidence in ourselves and our abilities.
Where once we could cope easily with most things, now, through
no fault of our own, we have lost confidence in our abilities
to do those things, so we avoid them. We often avoid people too.
This can lead to a vicious circle. The less confident we feel,
the less we do and the less we do, the less confidence we have.
Everyone knows
it's easier to learn something when you are relaxed, so I begin
by showing you how to gently but deeply relax your whole body.
You are then
more able to learn from the suggestions for change that follow.
These suggestions are carefully designed so that by listening
to this regularly your self-confidence will steadily and surely
improve. |
