Wellbeing is based in Honley a little village next to Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, where the famous TV series "Last of the Summer Wine" is filmed. I provide professionally produced good quality relaxation tapes and relaxation CDs. I also make self hypnosis and self help audio tapes and CDs for both the general public and health professionals. These therapy tapes and CDs can be used to help a wide variety of problems, including pain control or pain relief, , anxiety management and panic attacks. Some are designed to help with the control of habits and addictions such as stopping smoking, slimming or weight loss, while some address the issues of loss of confidence, self-awareness, self esteem and depression.

Gentle relaxation can be achieved by listening to guided imagery or visualisation tapes or CDs. You can hear a short sample on-line. Correct abdominal or diaphragmatic breathing for relaxation is also a skill which can be learnt and is a valuable tool for stress relief too, especially if you have an understanding of the fight or flight response which is explained. Chronic tension can be relieved by learning deep or progressive muscle relaxation techniques. My tapes and CDs cover all of the above issues many of them can be used as effective stress management tools and most of them have a section which can help you to achieve a good nights sleep, so regular use may help with sleep problems or insomnia.
